How It Works
BELOW ARE EXAMPLE SCREENS FROM THE SCRAP EASY APP UNTIL THE HELP US WORLD APP IS DEVELOPED
Very Simply there are 2 Types of User:
People in Need of Help
Very Simply someone in the need of any Help whatsoever just has to download the App for Free from the Apple App Store or the Android version on the Google Play Store.
Register with your Phone Number.
Click Help, then add what help you need either from the menu & or type in your requirements, add photos if required that may help give the helpers any instructions for finding you or where to place items in a safe place.
Click if Urgent or ASAP.
Click Submit.
Your Request will go straight on the 'Help Us World' Map ready for the Help Team to find your request(s) & get in touch with you ASAP or Urgently.
Example Needs:
Shopping (Choose form menu or Type list & instructions)
Prescription Pick Up
Help with getting Gas & Electric
Help to do physical Duties you can't do.
Transport
Food from Charities
How to Use
1. Click Help at bottom of Screen 1.
2. Fill in your contact details, Name, Address, Postcode, Contact Number.
3. Click to select pre-listed items & or other items description under address line.
4. Select items from the list & or click other item(s) description & add what you need.
5. Click Done.
6. Fill out description on screen 1, if you need Urgently or ASAP & any other items or details needed.
7. You can add Photos that may help with where you live or a safe place to leave or collect items.
8. Click Submit, someone will be in touch ASAP.

Helpers
Again Very Simply Register as a Helper with your Phone number.
Go to the Map & select the area on the Map you can help in, will Automatically bring up where you are located first, you can type in another location at the top of the Map.
Click on the Map Markers to view what people in need require.
If you can help with these requirements, click get details, this will give you all the required details of the request & the contact details of the person(s) in need.
Once you accept that job, it automatically comes off the Map & details go onto your Dashboard so you can view any help job at anytime.
How to Use
1. Click on Map Markers in the Area you want to Help.
2. The Help Job will Appear.
3. If you can Help with this Job simply click 'Get Contact Details'
4. Only Click to confirm you are doing this job if you definitely can do it as it will Automatically come off the Map.
6. Once clicked to confirm you will get all the Job Details & Contact Details.
7. Please call the person(s) ASAP especially if Urgent
8. If for any reason you cannot do an Accepted Job, please let the person(s) & us know so we can put back on the Map for another Helper to do.
9. All your Accepted Jobs will be in your Job History.
10. Check Alerts are on in your Profile so you can get Notifications of New Jobs.
